We have successfully initiated the Vote Karega Yuwa program To promote youth literacy, working closely with govt officials as a part of the SVEEP program – Election Commission of India. We meet various schools, colleges, etc. to find youth voters who have just completed 18 years and are willing to add their name to the voter list explaining the importance of Voter towards building strong Democracy. We have enrolled and updated 350+ voter cards during 8 hours campaign, filled with games, speeches, etc. The program got a huge response from local people. We have been awarded Appreciation Certificate for the same from District Magistrate, Tapi
After Covid 19, oxygen was in the center when we think of mankind. Tree plantation idea evolved – thinking of the main source of oxygen. Working closely with various govt organizations like Forest Department, Tapi and Collector Office, Tapi – Yuwas - Agrawal Samaj Songadh, have grown 500+ plants using Miyawaki techniques to create an urban forest on World Environment Day 5th June 2021. The program was at its grand by all society dignitaries and govt officials. We have been awarded Tree Plantation Certificate for the same by various govt departments.
